Foreigners holding valid APEC business travel cards to engage in business activities in China and foreign students holding valid study residence permits are allowed to enter China

The Chinese embassies in Germany, Japan, Australia, Thailand, Singapore, the Philippines, South Africa, Malaysia and other countries said that foreigners with valid APEC business travel cards are allowed to enter China with their travel cards and valid passports consistent with the cards, and do not need to apply for additional visas; At the same time, foreign students with valid Chinese study residence permits do not need to apply for a visa to enter China within the validity period of their residence permits.

The Chinese embassies in Germany, Canada, the Philippines, Malaysia, Mexico, Pakistan and other countries recently issued a notice that long-term overseas students receiving academic education in China can apply for a study (X1) visa with the Application Form for Visa of Overseas Students in China (JW201 or JW202) and the school admission notice or return certificate.
