HSK (Hanyu Shuiping Kaoshi) is a test  launched by Hanban in an effort to better serve Chinese language learners and examine on the candidates' ability with Chinese language in study, and social life.

HSK includes: Level I, Level II, Level III, Level IV, Level V, Level VI

Candidates can take HSK in two ways: Paper-based Test or Internet-based Test.

HSK is becoming more and more popular as it has already become a permit for study in China and many multinational enterprises or even government departments take HSK as a key factor on recruitment and promotion.
