All the applicants should provide the following materials:

1. Students outside China：

A Passport front page,One passport blank page,（If applicants have been to China before, applicants need to provide pages with entry and exit stamps on)

B High school or equivalent qualification of 12-year education certificate and Chinese translation.

C High school or equivalent qualification of 12-year education transcript and Chinese translation.

★ Mathematics,physics,chemistry and biology need to reach 60% of the total score of each subject（C or above）

D Certificate of No Criminal Record

E Applicants should have a reliable financial guarantee to pay for the study and living expenses during staying in China.

2. Students in China

A Passport front page (old and new passports, if applicants have),one passport blank page, all visa pages (please note continuity) and entry stamp page.

B High school or equivalent qualification of 12-year education certificate and Chinese translation.

C High school or equivalent qualification of 12-year education transcript and Chinese translation.

★ Mathematics,physics,chemistry and biology need to reach 60% of the total score of each subject（C or above）

D Graduation certificate and Degree certificate or Certificate of Completion

E The newest police report

F Physical Examination Record for Foreigner

G Certificate of No Criminal Record

H Applicants should have a reliable financial guarantee to pay for the study and living expenses during staying in China.
