Established in 2006 with the approval of the National Ministry of Education, Sichuan Vocational College of Cultural Industries (SVCCI) is recognized as China’s first institution of higher education dedicated to the development of cultural industries. It is a full-time higher vocational college administered by the Propaganda Department of the Sichuan Provincial Party Committee.

Located in the thriving Chengdu Tianfu New Area, the college spans a main campus of approximately 520 acres and supports a vibrant community of over 10,000 full-time students. SVCCI has been conferred several distinguished titles, including Sichuan Model Vocational College, Sichuan High-Quality College, and Provincial High-Level Vocational College Cultivation Unit. It has also been named one of the “Top 10 Most Attractive Colleges in China’s Cultural and Creative Industry” and serves as a national base for the inheritance and innovation of Chinese arts and crafts.
