The Dormitory Civilized Conventions for Overseas Students

Dormitory is the place where every overseas student lives and learns. It is his/ her home in China. In order to create a civilized and healthy living environment for every overseas students and make them live harmoniously together, the school has made up the Dormitory Civilized Conventions for every overseas students to follow.

Общежитие это дом для иностранных студентов в Китае, поэтому необходимо соблюдать некоторые правила.

1、Overseas Student shall abide by Chinese laws and regulations and shall not take drugs, drink alcohol, fight, or spread illegal pornography in the dormitory.

Соблюдать китайские законы и правила, не употреблять наркотические вещества, не устраивать драки и потасовки, не злоупотреблять алкоголем, не распространять запрещённую продукцию.

2、Overseas student’s roommates may come from different countries with different ethnic and cultures. We should respect each other and get along well.

Уважать обычаи и привычки разных национальностей. Толерантно относиться друг к другу.

3、Overseas student shall protect public health. Do not litter, throw cigarette butts, spit or keep pets in the dormitory. Everyone take the responsibility to keep the dormitory in good condition.

Соблюдать гигиену, не разбрасывать окурки ,не плевать на пол, не бросать мусор из окон, в общежитии запрещено заводить животных.

4、Overseas student shall maintain a quiet environment in the dormitory and must not disturb others. Activities like dancing, talking loudly, playing loud music, etc. are not allowed.

Во время отдыха не мешать другим нормально учиться и отдыхать, в частности: не шуметь, не танцевать, негромко включать музыку.

5、Overseas student shall save water, protect environment and public property. He/ She shall not damage dormitory facilities, or deface walls, furniture, doors or windows. Door locks of the dormitory are not allowed to be replaced without permission. Student shall not take liberties with other’s property. A fine shall be charged for any damage or loss of public properties.

Экономьте воду и электроэнергию, бережно относитесь к общественному имуществу. Не портьте имущество общежития. Нельзя рисовать на стенах, на мебели, на дверях и окнах. В случае повреждения общественного имущества вы несете материальную ответственность.

6、Overseas student shall observe relevant regulations for visitors. No visitors can come in without the consent of the host. Guests of the opposite sex can only come into the dormitory with the permission of the dormitory supervisor. Each visitor shall leave the dormitory before the stipulated time.

Студентам из других образовательных учерешдений запрещается находиться в общежитии. Студентам необходимо разрешение коменданта на посещение противоположного пола. Необходимо вернуться в своё общежитие до установленного времени.

7、Overseas student shall obey the school’s rest schedule. It is not allowed to come back too late, nor to make loud noise and annoy others.

Соблюдать режим дня в общежитии, не поздно вовращаться в общежитие, не шуметь, не мешать другим нормально учиться и отдыхать.

8、Overseas student shall enhance the precautionary alertness to prevent fire and theft. Cash shall be deposited in banks. Always close the door behind you. And lock the doors and windows when you leave the dormitory.

Будьте осторожны, берегите свое здоровье, за свои ценные вещи вы несете ответственность сами. Соблюдайте пожарную безопасность. Покидая общежитие, закрывайте двери и окна.

9、Overseas student shall respect, assist and cooperate with the dormitory supervisors’ work. If one violates the Civilized Conventions 5 times, he/ she shall not be allowed to live in the dormitory in next semester.

Необходимо уважать коменданта. В случае серьёзных нарушений правил (более 5-и раз) будет запрещено проживать на территории школы.
